Briefly explain the trade: K i decided to do increments and went first to this guy assuming he is trusted from his high value vouches. Did a 100m trade got 100 dollars for it. Did 350m the rest and he tabbed and left.

I just realized he sent as item to ship and he just opened a case too. Cool guy. We agreed on gift payment too.

 

So where is the picture of you 2 agreeing on 350M?

 

Didn't screenie the rest. But let's be honest here two scam reports simultaneously for the same guy, for literally the same scam.
And to top it off he has the decency to message me on msn right now and say hes talking to you. Basically confirming in chat that he did scam me saying "give it up."

 

As much as I'd love to say that is enough proof, it really isn't. He payed you the $100 but there is no proof of you giving him the 350M or even agreeing on it.

 

Okay then why did he dispute the offer? That it self deserves a ban and the dispute is beyond dumb. What proof does he have for both scams that he hasn't done it? None?

 

Do you have your convo still open with him? And where is the picture of him disputing it?

He tried to dispute. Ask him since you are talking to him via msn. Why would he send the 100 dollars in the first place? What was his attentions? That's right to scam. Why don't you stop protecting the stupid scammer and get his ass banned.
On the screen shot it clearly shows he accepted the trade.
I gave you more then enough proof and i'd greatly appreciate it if you stop defending morons.

 

I'm not on anyones side don't think I'm trying to protect anyone, I'm trying to work it out so the ban is justified. Banned him, but next time don't make stupid assumptions like that.
