Briefly explain the trade: $5.00 on paypal for steam account
How they scammed: Sold me a steam account with no games on it
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: I have taken screenshots of his paypal address, it is the same one he uses for windows live (as shown in my PM). I had the conversation on my mobile windows live app so I don't have screenshots of log but you can tell that my paypal money went to the same email he PM'd to me. The steam account has no games on it.

In his defense he will say that I signed into his steam account. Yes I did, and after I signed in he changed pw/email so I couldn't do anything. Also, note that the steam account he will defend himself is the same as the one I have logged in (check the steam picture) and there are no games on the account.

Edit: I took a snapshot of my phone's screen. there's nothing I can really do besides that because I can't take a screenshot of the chat anymore it was on my phone. Anyway, the account he gave me in the chat matches up with the account in the screenshot. PLEASE contact him and ask him to defend himself because he won't be able to.

Any progress on this? How long does he get to respond, because he's clearly been signing on according to the last login info on his page.
