Buying Blue Phat in Exchange for Green + Cash [PP]

Alright so I'm looking for a blue phat. In exchange you'll get a green phat as shown in the picture below along with a cash amount that we can negotiate. Post your cash amount that you want in addition with the green phat along with your msn and we can negotiate. I have around a $300 budget but I will go for the lowest and/or most trusted member. If you're not trusted in my opinion you go first by trading the blue phat for the green and then money will be sent as a gift yada yada. If you are however, I'll be willing to go first with the cash payment.

I will only use PP.
If you wish to use an OMM you pay all fees.
