Lying About Vouches & Trades

This dude kusipea added me wanting to sell me pins. Well I said I'd go first to anyone trusted and he lied to me about his vouches. He said he had 9 so I checked and he had 2. I then Looked at his signature and it said 24 good trades... I hope this is enough proof to have him banned.

 

His vouches are legit, and his signature has been changed, im not sure if they're is a problem.
