Can you verify your paypal with a Prepaid Visa Card?

I'm just wondering cause i'm selling one of my FPS accounts to my friend and he can either pay via paypal or a VISA card.

I tried googling it however I found mixed answers.

Just wondering if it is possible, and if it is can someone please give me a rough guide to doing it please?

Ok, basically go to paypal.com.
Go to "my account" and hover your mouse over "Profile" it'll say "Add or Edit Credit Card" click that. Click "add a card" and fill that out. It'll say that you'll get a 4 number code on your next statement. Well, you don't get statements for your gift card so now you have to go to https://www.vanillavisa.com/product.html
Select Visa Gift Card and fill in all your information. Once you do that, it will take you to a page where it has all your transactions. Find the paypal one, and look for 4 numbers. Take those numbers back to your paypal and enter them, bam credit card has been added and verified.

Edit: I can do it for you via Teamviewer or on my PC if you still have trouble.

Unless it's changed recently, adding a credit / debit prepaid visa card only increases your sending limit.

This is correct, unless you have a non-prepaid card or bank account linked, your account will not have unlimited sending limits.

 

You can't verify your pp acc with a visa gift card but can remove the limit.
