Want to talk? I'll Listen (:

Hey Guys, what's up, X2Foreplay here. Anyway... I have recently been volunteering at my local Suicide Hotline center because I am a Psychology Major at Stonybrook University, and really find it fulfilling to give back. But then I think, What about all those that COULDN'T reach the hot line in time, they COULDN'T get help?! and it was too late for them... Then it all just seems so, futile. But then I realized, If i can help just ONE person change their life around, then it gives my life that much more meaning, it means so very much to me :)

This is sort of an effort to reach out to those in need who can't reach any hotline, whether it be too late or they don't feel comfortable on the phone..

Absolutely free of charge, I am doing this simply to help those in need :)

Message me any time about any problem, Relationships, Feelings of hopelessness, death in the family, anything you feel like talking about I'll be there to listen and give sound factual based advice. I have been highly trained in this matter.

You can reach me any time at - [email protected]

You can also post here or PM me, thank you.

And remember, It's NEVER too late to change..

Added. I like to talk to people I don't know on occasion - or really vent I guess.

I'd like to throw up the same offer. I'm no psych major, but I've been involved with drugs, gangs, arrests, hospitalizations, etc. You name it, I've probably been involved with it some way or another.

    Wanna talk?

That is really nice of you. I remember one time I called the suicide hotline, just to see what happens. A lady answered the phone as if I was calling her house. She was really friendly when she said hello. I got nervous and said I think I had the wrong number. She goes "are you sure sweetie?" and I go "yea I don't know what I was thinking" then hung up.

Aside from that though, It's nice to see some people stepping up to help others
