Ownage4123's is a scammer and scammed me for an account lvl 138

Chat logs are not proof.

 

Recover it or get in contact with the original owner to get them to recover it.

Next time read up on how to get someone banned if you get scammed (by making screenshots of the trade window etc.)

 

You can recover the account by using old recoveries and other details even if removed

 

If you use to pay for a membership credit you can provide CC details. As well as old passwords and stuff.
