Question about addy gloves

How do I return to ape atoll with out gaining def exp. I'm currently training cooking to 64.

 

talk to daero, its a new option

 

is it really? i thought he gave you def exp if you talked to him. can anyone else confirm this

 

Jagex updated it so you can choose not to receive any experience and therefore still visit Ape Atoll.

 

This does not work for me....He just says options for exp.

 

Updated now, just talk to deroe i think is his name...
