    I purchased a mid level account, level 105 with about 1390 total level for $185 on April 18th.

    Received the account info, and was told there was no email attached to the account. They registered my email on there.

    I logged in and everything was fine. I have ordered from them in the past without issues, so I decided to drop trade some items over. And I also purchased 500m gold from Mypvmshop. I also got a fire cape on the account. Total bank worth was about 800m.

    I tried logging in today and the password was incorrect. Tried recovering the password, Jagex said my email didn't have an account attached to it.

    I contacted RSorder live chat, they told me to email JimSky. It's only been about a half hour but no response yet.

    So I would like to make a post here to request a DNT with them until this gets resolved.

    Clearly this account isn't safe from being recovered so I guess a full refund for the account and the 500m I purchased, which was $100, is the best solution? I can get info from Mypvmshop on the gold sale. The other 300m ish I can't prove since it was drop traded items from my other account. I will just have to eat that as a loss.

    I suppose their website has a ToS, but nothing else was agreed to upon purchasing

    The account had this message on the page before purchasing: imgur.com
    States they created the account with no email attached and that theres a 100% no recovery guarantee

    Here's proof they set the email to my email address and I confirmed it imgur.com
    So any attempts to reset the password should come to my email, but they're not

    Sorry for the late reply . i am off today due to sunday . But i doubt we recovered the account since it was an in house one . We have not advertised as No email set but indeed made by our worker . Meanwhile we have sent the email change to <hidden> after your purchase . And this is normal leagcy account not jagex account at all so i am pretty sure you upgraded it to jagex later afterwards .

    Maybe that doesn't mean the same thing as no email set?

    Yes you changed the email to mine shortly after me purchasing the account, which became the registered email. But now when trying to reset the password, Jagex sends an email to the registered email, and I'm receiving no emails from them. So my registered email has definitely been removed. Because I received emails from them before when I changed the password after purchase.

    And I never upgraded it to a Jagex account. Not sure where you got that from
