Explanation of the trade: inital deal was for 99 mining and hunter from 86 hunter and 83 mining, then added on 128m for 99 wc from 85.
How they scammed: account has been banned for botting , i asked khal numerous times to not let " other people " on the account which he agreed but then said his girlfriend, brother, nephew would play and i pleaded with him against this as he cannot vouch for the work they are completing.. although now its obvious he was just botting accounts.

just because you have screen shots of levels you got the account was banned for botting and i hadnt used the account at all since you started . and now its banned for macroing and the fact that you just got TWC for another similar issue, i think its no coincidence ? how can one person be doing so much work? while out doing all these things you claim .

 

i never entered the account once work was started unless it was to put / take GP i put on there for supplies.
I got you trade from my account because you told me before you have some accounts banned for RWT while working on them i assume you were selling gold from customer accounts
i also asked you numerous times to not let " workers" your family play the account if either one of them botted and got the account got banned then its you're responsibility .

2- stop lying, when I didn't have power or I wasn't connected you told me that because I'm not training, it was obvious that you came in and saw the progress.
3- They are workers, which is what they do in almost all services.
4- I never use the client's account to exchange GP, unless the client allows me to do so.

1 - you stated the work would be done by you at the start of the conversation before i paid for anything, then once the work was started you said your wife and all these people would be playing, i can count atleast 2 times where i told you not to let people on my account.
2 - i literally have no idea what you are saying, yeah you can do legit work maybe? i dont know now that the account is banned im thinking it wasnt legit, just because you have screen shots in a folder literally does nott prove anything , you can bot up until 1 exp from level log into RL and get the level pic and re log

you cant vouch for your workers on my account you cant prove they didn't bot, but all of a sudden you wake up and its banned, with your nephew a "worker" for you the last to work on the account and now it is banned even tho i didnt want these people on my account if he is your worker then you are responsible for his work
. you have ruined years of building a specific account and i truly hope you get no more work from this.

you are now trying to get out of this via the fact my account had a expired minor botting from years ago which is ridiculous another person reported that an account you worked on also banned for macroing ? in the same day.. its pretty obvious.

please tell me where the logic lies with what you are implying, you are implying i was going on the account while you were offline .. between a service i PAID you to, you think i was botting while you were offline on MY account an account i spent years making, and you think i was botting on it while i had you working on it in which i paid?

offer up my loss of GP or give me back half, i had only just paid for the service and you got 0 mining levels and 0 wc levels. i paid for the hunter prior.

 

so the initial deal was 140m for 99 hunter and then we pooled 99 mining ( from level 83) in for a total of 500m for both, - Screenshot - ff2bb76191523afc89b2783f07342203 - Gyazo also in this time chins tthat were caught were stolen from the account by one of his workers which he replaced ... with the money i paid him anyway
we then spoke a deal about WC because he begged me for GP to feed his family. the deal was for 99 wc for 120m from level 85 which i told him i was uncomfortable and only paid 80m upfront because he told me needed atleast 80m to feed his family.

so total outlaying for services you could say is 440m, 500m - 140m for hunter = 360m + 80m for wc =440m

i have absolutely no faith in getting the money back as he has told me he's already sold it.

i am upset with the loss but i just hope the ban is swift so anyone in his server might have their accounts saved.
