How to PK with Neitiznot pure?

I've just found out about this kind of pures, and surprisingly noticed, that my account is kinda perfect for this. 76 att, 92 str, 55def, 82HP, 52 pray, 82 mage, 82 range, 1 summoning.

I'd so like to go back to wildy, as it's really only thing I came back to Runescape for, but I have literally NO CLUE what items should I use in PK, what tactics should I do, nothing. So if someone could help me out, I'd be really grateful

Why would you not get 94 magic for venge?

Why would you go all the way to 55 def just for a dumb helm instead of staying at 40 or 45?

Why would you not get 95 prayer for turmoil?

I've got account like that, and I don't have time to sit next to PC and killing monsters or burying bones, I just want to have some fun at wilderness (of course I can get like +1/+2 on some skill, but not more, so I'm just asking for tips so I have a chance to kill at least someone there

 

Maybe you can wear granite with your nezzy instead of runite.
