I sent him a PM asking him to add me on MSN:



He add me on MSN, and we agreed to increments of 30M after he said he didn't want to use an OMM, even after I agreed to pay fees (I should have backed out at this part =@ )

I traded him 30M just before the last line, he said he'd send and promptly logged out of MSN and RS without sending any payment. Here's a screenshot from just after the trade:



Again, after trade was accepted he said "im sending now" in MSN, then logged out of MSN\RS without sending payment for the first increment. Glad I didn't agree to 50M increments =@
