Can I Get My Stolen Items Recovered?

So I came back to RS 2 days ago, bought 35m in gold and leveled my pure up a bit.

I come to find out that I think I have a key logger and all my stuff has been stolen..

Not all of it, just the stuff that was actually worth something.

So I posted on the forums, does anyone know if Jagex actually recovers stolen items?

 

Question, Have you used Powerbot/Arbibots recently? If so, that's probably the reason why you've been hacked.

And no, they don't recover hacked items. Even if they did, they'd review the account and figure out you bought the gold.

You're out of luck man, jagex doesn't do anythin about stolen items. Looks like you'll have to earn it back the hard way

 

Nope, Jagex isn't like Blizzard in WoW replacing your items.

 

Whats with powerbot? I hear more and more people talking bout it giving virusses?

There is no way of getting your items back.

 

They cant because unlike wow in runescape all the good stuff is tradeable

If you typed in any personal information or CC details, then RS is the least of your worries.

Make sure you get rid of the keylogger.

 

They never have and never will probably give stuff back, thats the sweet thing about rs L
