    Market reasoning?

Okay, so you'd think there would be a standard among the market-place in who goes first in trades.

See, I'm fine going first, when I go to someone's thread and post wanting to buy gold.

But, why am I also asked to go first, when someone visits my buying thread?

So, I go first ALWAYS, but the traders never go first?

What are peoples' rationales these days.

It's based on how trusted you are.. Obviously a mod would never go first to you even if he vists YOUR thread.

But what about Newcomers, people who say they're from powerbot, people with 600+ posts, people with "vouches"

I had 6 scam attempts in a window that couldn't have been longer than 5 minutes - all asking me to go first.

Why can't Sythe require you to sign a law binding agreement that will get you jailed for taking peoples' money.. There really should be something in place.

    Market reasoning?

It's the internet. And they can't enforce anything in real life.

    What!

    Sure they could-
If anything, after all the scamming - They'd implement something like E-bay has in place. You're guaranteed your money back, or you receive punishment by law.

Rs things aren't suppose to be sold anyways so you can't get in trouble for scamming Runescape stuff. The seller was violating Jagex rules when he decides to sell it.

The lower reputation member is expected to go first. If you don't like do more trades, ,get some vouches and earn a reputation. Or just us MMs.
