But I've stated previously I would buy a Party Hat if they sold one for $100. Same as I bought a RuneFest flag for $80 merely to stick in the ground and have that unfair benefit of advertising my clan chat just from people clicking on it.

And I won't even get started on how many ask if you're JMod when you wield that item. So uber rare!

SMR: That doesn't make sense to me really. If they're doing anything for money.. would they restore accounts? After all that's what they're offering since February 2nd 2011 on their website.

I'm just waiting for them to add a new button to ban appeals. Below the "I was hacked" and "Jagex made a mistake" and "I did it but I'm sorry" they should put the button for "Buy my account back from Jagex" and show to the side of that "$23.50". Would make life so much simpler!

Loren: In all honesty how is this a report? You remind me of Mod Lorenzo when I had the 2nd thread ever posted and they locked it claiming it to be a copy when there were no other Rants posted about it. And only 2 threads about it the other in a different section different purpose and direction, 3 hours before mine and moved it into MY spot under Rants.

I spent 5 hours posting this discussion on EVERY website for Runescape. The only ones I haven't posted to are clans because I don't have access rights to post until the admins accept me. But all the major websites RuneHQ to TipIt are covered. I saw no other topic about Ban Reinstatement so I posted it and here we are today.

I even inboxed Nightmarerh and Logdotzip in regards to making the first vids to lead the revolution against Jagex. They've got caught with the pants down this time, same as in that Climbing Boot scandal.

Regarding rollbacks look on YouTube at Symtec16. He botted his stats. Earned Fire Cape. Got rolled back to combat 4. Kept Fire Cape. Became famous and could more than likely sell the account as a "rarity" for far more than he would have sold it if uncaught with all stats botted to 99.

Apparently it's only cheaters that need to be concerned. Throwing RWT rares and riches back into the mix that have been banned from game doesn't concern any of us unless we're the ones buying/selling the items IRL.

That's kinda funny. Looks like Jagex really cares about money. The whole thing for the players is all bullshit

 

Desperate? Rofl, their not desperate....so many members have joined since wildy...worlds are more full. I think its fair if you botted certain skills they should be able to roll you back, and the other unbotted skills can stay as they are, its at your disgression to pay or not, but no way in hell are they desperate for money.

So, instead of my members money being used to combat the idiots who bot, (and inevitably get banned), does this mean since they (cheaters) now pay for their own moronic actions, that members will be cheaper?

I laughed at that guys post. I love how he was trying to say they harsh manipulated the userbase into welcoming the wilderness. It's probably like the best thing that happened to this game. What an idiot legit player.

my cousin just payed a $15.75 fee and his acocunt was basically cleared off all cash except 3mil and his stats were rolled to aobut what they were 3 years ago

dont pay for it they clear ur bank and basically reset ur stats, and if you bot again and get reported its perm ban, and u have to call in to runescape

Hmm I would definitely pay a fee for this. But I´d like to see more information. Anyone managed to get their hands on a message from Jagex giving the opportunity to get the account back?
