Buying RS Account, Lvl 90+ combat, with 85 dungeoneering, for no higher than 10m

I know its my first post, but I will go first to those with alot of good vouches, as I currently only have 10m, and dont want to get scammed. The account needs to have a combat level of 90 or more, and needs, 85 or more dung. It would be nice to have some good items for killing High level monsters, like some nice armour, Peace.
