I'm willing to make an offer if you show the account ingame, but after some research into the accounts that have gotten the first 99s in skills, there are no accounts with 19-- total level + those stats that are shown, so I'm pretty much believing this is fake.

UThink is correct. I also did the same thing and it seems as if the "first 99" in a skill is fake. Sorry if this is considered spam
