Hacked for 1B

Before reading this thread, please understand that I am in no way asking for donations, im just asking for advice.

Today when trying to login I find my password changed.
I paniced and recovered my account as fast as possible forgetting to check the ip on my account and find that my purple partyhat and 400m cash is gone.

Edit: If somebody could tell me how they think I got hacked please feel free.
I didn't download anything,
I didn't have any viruses
My password is very complex, I have recovery questions + email set
I wasn't keylogged (If I was hacker should have tried to get into my paypal)
I have absolutely no clue on how I was hacked.

Over the past 2-3 days I talked in over 8B in the wilderness from lures and managed to get a split of about 2B myself.
i sold 800M gold on sythe and kept 1B for myself.

My once thought reliable friends won't let me money to get me started back up again.
Is there any idea of what I can do to make money again?

Maybe your friends aren't as reliable as you thought.

 

The only fast way to make that back is to work for cash and then buy it back.
Or lure it again

Or you have used easy to guess pasword, or you use the same password elsewhere.

 

Well, set a bankpin to prevent similar situations in the future. Nothing else you can do . There was a thread on the RS official forums where you could post if you were hijacked, but I can't find it (guess they removed it) and they stated that they wouldn't return anything anyway.

 

If your pking is so successful i would just buy a few mill to get the gear you had before then just go group pking or what ever you did before and hope for a big item drop.

Shouldn't be to hard considering you make 8b from wilderness in 3 days right...unless you bullshitting but meh.

Maybe you clicked on a phising link or something?

 

did you get the internet provider ip when u logged in than you can get on the net and it will tell you were they live.

And then you can see if it was ur friends..
