    smash things haha
    which is why i now have to pay for 2 new doors in my house.
    i cant control my anger at all i got mad rage lol

    but i dont smoke anymore quit after after like 6 years smoking.
    so dunno lol just rage more untill i get steamed out

    Play runescape hardcore all night long..invite over some friends and get a dungy party going or talk on skype...then BLAST some hardcore rock

    oh yeah don't forget the snacks and drinks
