    Explanation:
    To date, I have not received the appropriate payments for the services and sale of my Discord server, as previously agreed with Suuh. Despite fulfilling my responsibilities of server monitoring, account termination and agreed commissions, I have not received the promised compensation.
    I would like to remind Suuh of our initial agreement, where he promised to pay me $200 for the sale of my server, $100 for server monitoring, and $50 for the completed Hcim account, along with the promised commissions. It is important to note that in the case of construction accounts, Suuh has been discounting 40% of the agreed price at the time of payment, without prior notice.
    I hope that we can resolve this situation amicably and that you can receive payment for the services provided. I appreciate your prompt response and cooperation in resolving this matter fairly and transparently.

    Suuh has different discord accounts, to scam.
    - First off lets address this. I do not have different discords attempting to scam. I have a personal discord and a business discord. The busienss discord being the discord in the server suuuhx - 1217901779283607583.
    - We had our previous discussions on my personal discord and when I started the services I made a business discord in which all of our conversations after that will be on there just to clarify. My personal discord was removed from the server when my business discord was added. I can go back in the logs and send a screenshot of that if that's needed.

    Our initial agreement.
    I would like to remind Suuh of our initial agreement, where he promised to pay me $200 for the sale of my server, $100 for server monitoring, and $50 for the completed Hcim account, along with the promised commissions.     Here is the original offer for the server. Your monthly salary broken down bi weekly is solely contingent upon the server being profitable. In which you processed 1 order from a customer last week and completed 0 orders. The order you were working on 2 accounts 70 agility, 99 FM and 99 Thieving one account was banned and the other account you quit. Even with you getting banned and quitting mid service I agreed to pay you $50 when the account sold.

    It is important to note that in the case of construction accounts, Suuh has been discounting 40% of the agreed price at the time of payment, without prior notice.

    If you're referring to the working being paid 60% / 40% that is the set % when they signup to work. How my other supervisor has made me aware of the flaw in this when training accounts to sell and I do plan on working out an arrangement with my workers to compensate them more when training accounts for selling you however didn't train / complete any account orders so you can't contest to anything within the field. All of your payments were 90% / 10%. ...

    Now in terms of the $200 server purchase as a deposit, he instantly asked me for $100 of it and I paid him because it seems like he really needed it. So I gave him $100 out of his deposit weeks ago. He's expecting a salary that is contingent upon the server being profitable and he was able to process 1 order and quit / get banned on another order/account. If he didn't understand the meaning of contingent he should of asked.

    Like I told him I don't mind paying the other $100 for the server but right now he still has access to my whole operation in terms of account usernames, passwords, bank pins etc. So I need to check over all of that as well as check customer services that were in progress. He deleted the message of him quitting because he thinks I wronged him in some way. I told him that ill check over everything and once I've confirmed everything is secure I will pay him the remaining.

    Really just reiterating the Salary is contingent upon the server being profitable simply because he's basically saying im scamming him $350 for some reason.

    I am writing to you with the aim of clarifying certain misunderstandings that have recently arisen in our business relationship. It is important for me to be able to provide a clear and honest explanation of the facts that have been misstated.

    First of all, I want to emphasize that I have always acted in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon between us. Regarding the issue of the server that I sold you for $200, for which I never received payment, it is true that you also agreed to pay me the sum of $200 divided into two fortnights monthly for its supervision. However, to date I have not received said payment from you.

    In addition, it is important to mention that the work carried out in supervising the server implied a series of additional responsibilities, such as the daily management of various aspects of it. In this sense, I do not have access to any of their accounts, since the confidentiality of the information was respected at all times.

    In relation to the account that was bathed, $6 was deducted for the memberships and we subsequently agreed to a payment of $50 for the other account that had to be paid 5 days after delivery, the established agreement has not been complied with. The payment conditions were unilaterally modified by you, which generated dissatisfaction in me and the rest of the workers involved.

    It is important for me to highlight that I have always acted with honesty and transparency in all my business dealings. I have no intention of harming your reputation or that of your company in any way. I am simply claiming what is due to me for the work done in a professional and dedicated manner.

    Therefore, I request that you proceed with the pending payment of $200 corresponding to the sale of the server, as well as the $100 agreed for its supervision and the $50 agreed for the account that stops training by mutual agreement. He owes me $350. I am willing to reach an agreement satisfactory to both parties, as long as the original agreed terms and conditions are respected.

    I hope that this situation is resolved amicably and that we can continue to maintain a business relationship based on trust and mutual respect.

    Adding this for a little bit more contect for the accounts he got banned / quit the service on. I agreed to pay him $50 when the account sells considering he quit mid service and I had no intentions on selling accounts that are partially completed.

    This payment was never made, suuh he is manipulating the information, it is clear that he did not respond to me, the only payment he ever made to me was for a single fortnight of supervision, but that is totally apart from the $200 from the sale of my servdior and this last fortnight of supervision he did not pay me, nor did he pay me the bill that ended by mutual agreement with him. He is used to manipulating the conversations he has with all his workers to somehow obtain more benefits from the money he must obtain, harming his workers and supervisors.[​IMG]

    I'm not sure what's not being understood about this, the salary for supervisors is contingent upon the server being profitable as explain above and backed up my screenshots.

    You have access to GIM accounts, GIM Jagex launcher and other accounts as well im not exactly sure which ones but I know you have access which is why I told you I need time to sort through what you have and don't have access too but you're so keen on this "im scamming you ordeal".

    You've received a payment of $100 that you requested before starting anything to take care of something with your family. I'm not denying the fact that you are owed $150, $100 for the remaining cost of the server and $50 for the account however you're denying to see the stipulations of you being paid these funds.

    1. You quit yesterday like I explained to you via DM you still have access to the operation and that deposit / service purchase cost is not going to be given to you until I secure all of my assets.

    2. The $50 for the account was agreed to be paid when the account sells. Not sure what about that is not understood.

    I was performing a single barrows gloves service in a GIM, which yesterday after I resigned I sent it to the client, to notify him that I would change all the account information because I was not going to work on the account anymore.     Suuh You like to manipulate everything, I am not speaking badly of anyone, I simply let the client know that I was not going to work on his account anymore, the transparency of my words is clearly visible. Without intention of damaging any account, as you have been saying from the beginning. I do not have access to any of your accounts.

    Well its more than just paying you now it might be that simple to you because your only interested is the money but its most certainly not for me. My reputation has been brought into question.

    First we need to establish what you believe you are owed and why you feel like you're being wronged. Which a moderator would need to do. I feel like you are only owed $150, $50 being for the account you partially finished and I agreed to pay you when the account is finished and the other being the remaining $100 for the server that was agreed that you'd work for me for 90 days which you quit before the 90 days. So we'd need to get this fixed before we proceed to anything else.

    I don't think we will agree on anything because you somehow think you're owed 300+ so a moderator would need to mediate in terms of an agreement.

    With that being said I've already identified 3 accounts that you had access to that I can no longer access which is why I said id need to secure all the assets you had access to before moving toward any form of payment solution. One account being the account you quit on which was 80 thieving, 99 FM and 70 agility ........ so with that being said I don't currently have a date I'm pretty much just waiting for a 3rd party / moderator to read over this and let me know what's best in terms of moving forward and satisfying both parties.

    I know what I feel is right and fair but what I feel is right and fair is not always best for both parties so this is where I stand at current.

    1. If you owe me $150, I am willing to accept that payment and not worry about the rest of the money.
    2. It's unfair to say that I only care about money, since I spent time and effort to get the server up and running. It's understandable that I would ask for my money if you owe me.
    3. I have not accessed any account.
    4. When you terminate an account, you immediately change passwords to maintain security.
    5. I urge you to be honest and stop blaming me for losing access to accounts, when you were the one who changed the data.
    6. In any discussion, it is important to speak honestly and not try to lie to make yourself look good.
    7. Your reputation is at stake because of your actions, not mine. It was you who acted incorrectly towards your staff.
    8. Once I receive my outstanding money, I will consider the matter resolved.

    About two weeks ago, we mutually agreed to stop counting at levels 99 firemaking, 85 thieving, and 70 agility. At that time I asked you if you would agree with this decision and you confirmed that there was no problem. Therefore, it is incorrect to state that I abandoned the account, as this did not happen. I would appreciate it if you would refrain from spreading misinformation about the deal between us.

    To date, Mr. Suuh informed me that he would acknowledge a pending payment of $150 of the agreed upon debt. However, a considerable period has passed since then without him showing interest in contacting me to fulfill his payment commitment. This situation leads me to believe that you are intentionally delaying the payment process. Therefore, I respectfully request that this pending situation be resolved as soon as possible.

    Mr. Suuh, to date, has not shown any intention to comply with the agreed payment. If he really intended to do it, he would have already provided a concrete payment date to settle the $150 dollar debt he acknowledged owing me. Despite my transparency and seriousness, he continues to evade me and postpone the agreed payment.

    All necessary evidence was presented to confirm the veracity of this situation and, in the interest of safeguarding the reputation of both parties, I have urged Mr. Suuh to make the corresponding payment through this report.
