How did you fall for this? You should of seen the cb lvl up top tbh. It would of been bright red. They put it up there so you don't get scammed by this lol.

 

im always careful staking, just gotta check everything over before you accept.

It's a common scam. A low level challenges you, then declines for a sec, then his high level friend with a VERY similar name challenges you and you assume it's the same person. Gotta check the cb level at the top of the trade screen every time, especially when it seems fishy in the first place.

But its a common scam that could easily be avoided. Get scammed once and you wont get scam'd again.So in all its a good experience. Keeps you more alert.

 

I could see how the similar name thing would happen, but doesn't it say the opponents combat level in the dueling options screen, where you set the rules and what not?

I don't know how you could miss that, as I believe it is color coded just like it is normally. Lower levels are green, higher levels are red.

I could be wrong though, maybe they changed it, but I know for a fact it used to be like that a while ago.

NEVER stake anything to a lvl 3 even if you are 138. A simple dissconect can make you loose all the stuff that you staked. And you should report this to jagex.

Noclipping is not called PAFT, but it could be a paft, if you for example smuggle a person into a cutscene.
