'Community General' sub-title change

Currently the sub-title for the 'Community General' section is "Community discussions and donations." I'm suggesting a new sub-title, which could be "Community discussions and introductions."

I have seen too often newcomers posting introduction threads in the wrong sections (such as General Discussion and RS General), probably because they are unaware of the introduction/farewell section. At first glance there is no way to tell for a newcomer the introduction section is hidden in there, so I think this could be a helpful change. Also just to make note there is nothing concerning "donations" in the said section as the current sub-title suggests.

I just think this new sub-title would make the introductions section more accessible for newcomers and keeps them from posting introduction threads in the wrong section.
