    You are just picking and choosing parts of my words to respond to to fit your narrative. In doing so you are trying to change the original context of my posts.

    Again, why not try to secure the email you carelessly lost access to first? Then we can move forward from there.

    You seem evasive regarding this, as well as anything else you choose to ignore or not answer.

    I am also happy with this. Just like I said previously I welcome mod opinion/suggestion/instruction. I want to do the right thing here, but I have concerns which I have alluded to in posts above.

    It's late on this side of the pond (Beijing time), but I'll respond to anything else asap tomorrow.

    It's not uncommon for a second hand buyer to be unable to unsuccessfully recover an account they've bought, especially when the buyer/seller are separated by continents. @Liam 's tos stands here and isn't required to refund you, but may assist you in recovering if he chooses. I'll let you both respond, and or let the report sit for another day or two before closing it. But a scam has not occured here

    Also, you have leaked the account information I don't know if that's allowed on here?

    Selling an account then giving out original owner information like its nothing?

    How is this account even secure anymore. You literally leaked the information?!
    @Pirate didn't know sharing sold account original creation information is allowed? please help here.

    The account seller just exposed the account information to public, this account is not secure anymore.

    Ok sure, I'll comment on it.

    You wrote the login name of the account in your original post. Therefore you made the main information public. Stop trying to twist the situation constantly. Stop trying to make this my fault.

    I published full chatlogs via imgur as you only selectively screenshot part of the conversations, and only highlighted the parts of the TOS that benefit you, and only emphasized on parts of the discord chats which make me look bad because I didn't respond due to inactivity and connectivity issues due to China internet. You didn't bother trying to get in contact via sythe PM for any of those months except a couple days or so before making this thread. However I still apologize once again for not seeing your messages.

    I have used a lot of my time on this, and I came out of semi-inactivity and online as soon as a fellow member of the sythe community reached out to me on another platform and alerted me to this topic. As a member of the community I will always come online if somebody reaches out. I have been casually active since August 2018 when I moved to China. So the past 6 years more of a regular hobby user, than prior to Aug 2018 when I was extremely active and it was one of my main sources of income. Although I have not had much financial gain from sythe in 6 years or so, I appreciate what opportunities the community gave me and what lessons I have learned while being here. I have, and will continue to participate here for many years to come - more so when my time allows again. I am taking the time to comment here now at 00:27am when I could ignore this.

    I have not tried to hide anything and have stuck to the same points throughout, whereas you have just attacked me and/or the situation from different angles. Now you're clearly trying the angle that I am so terrible as "the seller just exposed the account information to the public. blahblahblah", which is false - and at the same time you released details in your original post. This alone demonstrates you are just trying to push for a refund now, months after the TOS warranty period, and against the no returns policy in the TOS.

    I am visualizing red flags and have alarm bells that it is very likely you resold the account as you intended. Especially as I even gave your further details as soon as you requested them, as you really wanted to resell it to accountkings at that time. With this in mind, and abiding by TOS agreement, I will not attempt to recover the account for you. TOS agreements are there for a reason/s.

    Now on to the other scenario - If you haven't resold it, you can regain access to your own email that you allegedly forgot the password to. Just reset the password to your email by contacting customer support, sending a code to your phone, etc.

    You didn't attempt to regain access to your own email address and selectively avoided responding directly to questions and what i believe to be sound and logical advice on how to deal with the alleged issue.

    Be responsible for your actions, and have some self-accountability. If its true that you lost access to your email registered to the account, then you just regain access to your email and you will have no problem here. And if that is true - and not a lie - then learn from your mistake here, don't be so careless about your login details to digital accounts you make/own/acquire.

    I really do mean all of the above with the best intentions, but at the same time I will defend myself. That's why this is an essay and not a short, simple, even smug response.

    I genuinely wish you the best and wish our deal hadn't come to this. In future, please take TOS seriously and also other factors seriously like your email logins etc. Only you can be in control and self-accountable for such things.

    That is the last thing I am going to say on this matter, unless a mod/admin needs me to respond again.

    First of all this is my account, I get to share what I want to share and what not to share. This doesn't mean you get to share things that are not yours.

    Second of all, you can't compare a username to old passwords, email, vpn, service provider and more which you violated my account privacy , and now considered not safe anymore!


    Well no, until you leaked the account info I was happy with account recovery however now its not even safe to use.
    I have tried again and again to regain access to my email and I couldn't , read my post.
    You don't decide what I should do thats first of all, secondly I lost the email doesn't mean I lose the account I am the new owner of the account that I bought from you.



    Again, you have main issue with me reselling the account and that's simply not true, I have not sold the account and again read my posts.


    Yeh common sense right? didn't you think that's the first thing I did before even thinking that you gave fake information? ..

    Lastly, this account is no longer secure due owner leaking sensitive information to public without blurring any part!

    Yes it is not accurate information , however there might be accurate information that he provided (idk which one is true and which one is not) and he assured many times that the information he provided is 100% accurate , means he just shared the information of the account without my consent ?

    And I have tried to let him help me in recovering the account many times before he leaked the info.

    As you can see all I wanted is the account accurate information that's all about it until he leaked the information.

    So there is 2 options for this:

    1) He didn't give actual accurate information during purchase time which makes this trade is invalid? by giving just random information account and he has been lying in this whole case.

    2) He did give an actual information according to him (according to jagex it is not) , then he is leaking my account info without consent which makes it not safe to play anymore.

    I wish you the best of luck @MARCI but I will not be holding @Liam responsible for anything here. Looking at the chat logs, I do believe that you sold the account, attempted to recover it and couldn't which led to this report.
