As you all can see that I don't have any vouches and I'm excited to sell to one person per MILLION GP.

To raise my vouches I only accept ONE person per transaction. That mean, only ten people can PM me and arrange for the delivery.

I am not willing to go first, but I can transfer in a small amount about 4 times.

1,000,000GP / 4 times = 250k per trade
& you can transfer me $0.25 per transaction on PayPal.

Sorry I don't want to make a big deal out of this; this is for my precaution and it's your as well.

Well, it's against the rule to require\promise vouches, or try to use them as currency.
