Account Recovered - pk k0nka (New Pics)

I purchased a pure from pk k0nka awhile back for $230.00 USD using WU and the day of free trade it was hacked back. I spoke with him today and he said it wasn't him , i then asked him to recover it and he blocked me.

Do you have an email from JaGex saying the account was recovered?
Also, your pictures don't show an email address.

 

The first picture at the very top of the chat window you can see his email address. Also the recovery info he gave me was false as ive tried it 6 times now and it has not worked once.

When i tryed to talk to him about this he blocked me also as you can see in the pictures.

I did not receive any email from jagex , 2 of my accounts were recovered the day of free trade didnt get email from either.

 

Please let me know if there is anything else i can do.
