    I purchased an osrs hcim account off lewis 20 last november (200m osrs gp and 35 usd) , he has recently recovered the acc and blocked me on discord

    @dubplate styles please post the entire chat and his discod uid.
    A Discord display name is not valid proof. Your report MUST INCLUDE the following Discord proof to be considered valid:
    1. A screenshot of their Discord Profile (Example)*
    2. A Gif or recording of you collecting their Discord unique ID (Example)
    3. An explanation of how you made the connection between their unique ID and Sythe profile.
    *Note: Even with a screenshot of someone's Discord profile you will likely be asked for #2 as well.

    How to view someone's Discord profile
    1. Right click their name either at the top of your DM with them (Example)
    2. Click view profile and screenshot it (Example)
    How to collect someone's Discord Unique ID
    1. Start off by going to User Settings at the bottom left of Discord (Example)
    2. From there click Advanced and scroll down to enable Developer Mode (Example)
    3. After that you will be able to right click someone's name either at the top of your DM with them and copy their unique ID (Example)
    How to make a GIF
    1. Download and install Sharex from getsharex.com
    2. Once you have it open click Capture and then Screen Recording (GIF) (Example)
    3. Select the area you would like to capture and then collect the Discord unique ID as explained above
    4. Click stop once you are finished, Sharex will automatically upload the GIF to Imgur and copy the link to your clipboard

    After this post he unblocked me on discord and is trying to recover the account for me... will give him another day or so to sort out if you think thats reasonable.

    I still strongly feel he has recovered it from my possession as i was on the account about 12hr before recov and then got blocked on disc straight after (got notified and couldnt send messages, no add friend option)

    The only person with enough info to recover is Lewis 20.

    I had never ordered services and had the acc attatched to my email, also lost the 3 letter name on the account.

    Let me know if you require any further evidence.

    Anyone who wishes to sell an account must maintain "recovery responsibility" (they must refund their buyer if the account is recovered or becomes locked and they are unable to unlock it) for at least a month after the sale. If you are an account seller and you do not specifically mention your recovery responsibility in your Terms of Service, by default you have recovery responsibility for two years.
