Just got scammed

I was just scammed, all the conversation is on my "msn" i need to know how to recover msn conversations on a mac in order to prove this, i just payed $200 on paypal for an agreed 200M RGP, and he immediately logged from msn when the paypal was sent. The address i was talking to was [email protected], which is the address of the member on here known as king tjit, however i do not think it was him who i was speaking too, the msn account was lower case k, when the legitimate seller had an upper case K, i was wondering if there is anything i can do...just lost a lot of money...
