Briefly explain the trade:
Trade was for 50m but we decided to go 50/50 so 25m for the first transaction.. I went first (since im a newbie and he had vouches), so I staked 25m at duel arena and he was to make the payment for this via paypal but instead of doing so tried to convince me stake the other 25m and he would send the full payment after. I said just do it in 2 payments.. then he logged, with 25m.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:
I got him to PM me on sythe with his email address, as shown in screeshots below.
Also got him to write his RS name in MSN convo.
