I was contacted by @Newbi regarding some group ironman items, I thought I had noticed the name somewhere on the forums before so I checked who it was. I found the following thread, although there is also two threads which we are also not allowed (you have to combine both buy/sell into one due to one thread per sections @Yoshiki has shown many of times)

His sell thread - Selling GIM items.
His buy thread - Buying GIM runes

⭐ Buying/Selling GIM Items⭐RSGP/Crypto⭐ - @xRaffo thread, both are advertising the same discord server/links and according to @Newbi he is just a "support rank" not actually a worker of the discord, of which could ultimately lead to someone being scammed on top of his discord information not matching/being correct


As you can see below, his discord handle doesn't match what he lists on his Sythe profile either, leaving to potential as said above scamming of other users.

This is very possible why people seem to think they are ban evading.

Please kindly try again as @Newbi is not staff and @Pirate is aware of this fact.
@Newbi buys items from us as well as other servers. Which again, he is allowed to do so.
I wasn't aware of this fake rule where you cannot buy from multiple servers.
I wasn't aware I also cannot be friends with people who also buy and sell, unlucky I guess

He isn't allowed to advertise your server, along side you also advertising your server.

However, showing my chat logs above with your co-owner, who said you was "not around" yet randomly are here seconds later to respond I think there is clear enough proof

As I am a new poster rather than browser to sythe if having the disc to the server I like using for a mm on my post I will gladly remove it. It was not my intention to do anything against any rules as I am still new to posting. As for my disc due to disc making people change their user names not to long ago prior to me deciding to start selling my hand gather gim item. I had not realized I need to change here. Please inform me if there is anything I need to correct in my postings(which I read should only have one if I am not mistaken so I had deleted all the info on it) and my disc name as well. However, I will wait for confirmation on this as to not seem like I am trying to hide anything.

As for the above conversation I had join this users discord looking for a scythe for my group as most of my usual discord I got to buy things did not have one. Then this user decides to start bombarding me with questions I have no knowledge of then throwing all this information and accusations at me.

I asked you yourself why I was banned from the market you're advertising, came across the other thread from Raf and pointed the obvious rule of market manipulation out to you. There was no other questions, so there isn't "bombarding" you with questions at any extent, just one simple one.

Enjoy your report and only reply if you have actual evidence to back things up such as the mentioning of who you guys actually are.

Explain who's server it was before then if it wasn't Sparts as a start?

You shouldn't be responding any further unless you have actual proof to debunk what has been presented as such it not being Sparts server and so forth, and I mean actually showing it wasn't originally his and instead "another ban evader/scammers"
