Just checked 3 of my banned accounts...
They were banned years ago and no message.

 

I wonder if the amount would be fixed or depending on the stats/wealth

Well it just proves that they're all about money, and that free trade and wilderness was all about money.

this is really for people who for example have a lvl 105 or so with like 80 str and they bot it to 99 str.

Jagex will roll them back to 80 str and instead of permanently banning there hard work that they put in to achieve lvl 105 they can buy it back.

 

Already a thread out like this with the player ranked 22 quitting
