I saw this on the ArbiBot website. Someone was spamming it in the chat box.

 

On arbibots is written that its not true and that they are starting their new project rsbuddy, but who knows? Since its on official ******* and noone can get to powerbot.org website

 

Paris is just QQ'ing because he now has some real competition.

I dont know where true is , i did virus scan online,nothing found ,but still it can be undetectable, I also watched network activity of arbibots client and It doesnt seem to send data other then rs while botting

 

Well I've used Rsbot, Rsbots.net, Arbibots, and the new RSBuddy clients for many many hours this week with over 30 accs with not a single one hacked...

That's my proof that they're all virus free =P

I honestly wouldn't put this past him, so be careful, even if it's a hoax.

 

I don't think he has a virus in there. I just know that Powerbot and Arbibots had info gathers on them. So basically it logged all the logins into a huge data base, and they just logged onto them and transferred.

Other wise, don't trust them. Only use OEM bots, AutoBots and Perf bots. RiD is still good too. Just those are the more trusted ones, plus they don't use anything in their sources to gather info on an off site text file .

 

it could be so many things we will really just have to wait on some evidence.

someone would have compromised a websites security and injected something malicious.

could be people stupid enough to use their same info on forums for cheating, as they do for their account.
i've seen people use private servers to steal logins this way too. people are dumb and don't mix it up.

i've always been suspicious when gold selling sites in the past asked for as much of my info as humanly possible.
gets borderline near what is required to reclaim an account.

you have to be very careful what info you share, and never use important passwords or email for anything shared.

fuck. i mean it sucks but at least people are learning these lessons with runescape and not their personal bank accounts.

Just as easily as someone can accuse Arbi of doing it. Paris did this before (with kBot), so I wouldn't be surprised if he did it again just to kill any competition that Powerbot could get.

 

Arbiter had low respect when he was an admin, and did everything he could to avoid having competition in the market section (denied scripts that were competition).

Also, It has been PROVEN, people have gotten their accounts stolen after using POWERBOT and ARBITER'S scripts. Not his new gay project "rsbuddy", if they used "rsbuddy" and his scripts, nothing happened then.

Don't trust arbiter, he is a capitalistic fool, all he ever cares about is money, and no competition.

Arbibots was not at fault although you could get hacked using an arbibot

The malicious code is in rsbot 2.22+.

You can find evidence of this if you do this:
My Docs> RSBOT>settings>uid.txt
That will show all the accs you used on rsbot 2.22+

Guys, before you even proceed further... I've been asking myself this question the whole day. It baffled me so much that I've spoke with some of the staff at rsbuddy.

If anyone even did hack the runescape accounts, do you honestly believe they went through 100s of them in a couple of hours?
