I had problems on my end and had a delayed to give back accounts on time had problems yes its my own fault ,but accounts are almost finished was missing only few mage lvls and fire cape. That don't give him right to change passwords and ban me from server with no warning and keep silence for 2 days. After his final words he just give me good luck and banned from private to, But he got his accounts whit 95% completion and didn't pay me for work that was done even if account is not finished this is terribly wrong and borderline scamming

Farman has been one of the worst workers I've had to put up with. I've given him multiple jobs and not one job has he completed in time. Recently its gotten so bad to the point where I had to reassign jobs because the clients were rightfully upset. Not only that but I kept asking for progress updates and he keeps saying "in an hour" and 2 days later I still get nothing.

The last straw were three accounts that were extremely delayed and showed very poor progress. 2x TOA accounts and an ironman job.

Due to the constant delays and absolutely poor progress on these accounts and the clients were getting very upset, I had to fire him and reassign the jobs. Seeing the rules he agreed to and me being more than patient and giving him multiple chances, I believe it is within my right to ban him and reassign the work.

 

I won't be available much today as I won't be home much. Whoever is on the case can send me a DM and I will come in here and respond as soon as I can if needed.

I'll also allow a staff member inside the ticket if needed to see the entire conversation.

Also, after this report was made I was contacted by @Snorlax and he says that this isn’t the first time Farman did this.

All of your questions are answered above.
- The passwords were changed by the clients when they've expressed concerns over the bad progress. Furthermore I asked for updates and he kept saying he will update in an hour which never happened. FYI this isn't the first time. Screenshot - 6defc330b9a39d9bedf1f701cb002e4c - Gyazo

- On the grounds that he failed to complete the services in a timely manner and this isn't the first time. "Repeated offenses won't be tolerated and you won't be paid if you're late". Furthermore my TOS states if the job is unfinished, no payment will be made. The fact that he ghosted me repeatedly when this isn't the first time he's late made me reassign the work.

- Two of the jobs in question were assigned in December last year. So they were already assigned. He has completed some other work meanwhile which was also late + didn't actually deliver what asked which was HCIM yet I paid him in full. I assigned him the last iron because he promised that he'll be better. I decided to give him another chance but he failed to deliver on his promises.


I'm happy to let you access the entire ticket and see the conversation from it's inception so there is no confusion whatsoever.

My rules are clear and he broke them.

 

@Oracle who created the account of which the password was changed?

In this case, @Farman is not entitled to compensation. After all, the task has not been completed, and if it were to be completed, it would be so late that according to the ToS, there is no right to compensation. (Screenshot - aacf9b18486679c600f0e8fc1bf85b11 - Gyazo)

The ToS contain a number of open standards, and generally the principle of contra proferentem would apply here. However, due to the extremely poor execution of the task, the ToS are interpreted in favor of Oracle.

Regarding the account: it is owned by the client, who created the account and nothing contradicts that he should have to dispose of it.

Lastly I would like to advise Oracle to make clearer agreements. The ToS now contain too many open standards. For instance "if the account is very late, there will be a reduction in payment or no payment will be made"; it is not clear what is understood by 'very late'.
