    Creatine?

I use Creatine Monohydrate (http://www.creatinemonohydrate.net/) which are the "next" generation Creatine. This is supposedly better than "regular" creatine. Been on it for 2 months now, and I see much faster improvements than I did before I used it. Just remember to drink ALOT of water when using it, and read up on it, lots of stuff around the internet.

    Good luck!

    Creatine?

Well i would suggest you quit using creatine, it is really not good for your health, rather use Amino acids ,Protein and L carnitin. You will see good results soon.

    Creatine?

Creatine is not harmfull, but not good in any way.
It makes your muscle look bigger because it fills them with water.
Just eat healthy, and gym alot my friend :)

    Creatine?

creatine is just dumb to me. It bloats your muscles and makes them LOOK bigger.. then when you stop taking it they shrink. Theres no short cuts to working out, just hard work and protein.

    Creatine?

From what I've noticed when people start to take creatine they put on a lot of water weight, and really just makes the person look more bloated then ripped. Personally, I stick to eating lean meats.

    Creatine?

Creatine is a useful training aid, I would however reccomend that you drink a lot of water if using it. To get the best of both worlds you should try and whey and creatine mix. Take before and after exercise and you should see results fairly quickly.

    Creatine?

I wouldn't reccomend mixing, there's no real reason to depending on the product you're using. Make sure you're working out with it though, if you slouch it's not going to build muscle mass, it will build mass.

    Creatine?

They help repair your muscle and bloat the muscle I believe, I have it when I take my Maximuscle shake.

    Creatine?

after your workout you can mix WPI with creatine, it just helps your muscle tissues repair faster.
