you can delete them by going to Runescape's homepage. Account management. Recover lost/stolen password. Recover stolen password. fill out the form and if successful your account will be reset with no recovs and new password you submitted

Ik recovery ?s are set bought there from 2008 i have no clue what they are so if u want acc just soon as trade as done u can change them to ne thing you would like. im not trying to scam believe me

 

People here would just be very wary of buying an account with any kind of recovs set on them. Even though the time set would be easily believable to have been forgotten, the answers could still be known. Maybe someone would take the chance and end up with a pretty good deal, but i prefer trying harder to remove them
