Best Builds for F2P staking? + Wildy question

Looking to build an F2P staker from scratch..give me some ideas for a first time staker. Stat wise, rules wise, etc. I am looking at being 50-100+ combat. Got about 10M to work with.

2nd question.
I got a couple rune pures from classic that i'm looking to bring back to PKing.

79 strength
65 defense(was going to make it into my main)
72 HP
46 prayer
86 Combat...range/mage 1

Account 2:
60 attack
72 strength
40 defense
66 HP
58 range
31 prayer
54 magic 73 comb

Account 3:
60 Attack
75 Strength
40 defense
69 hp
40 range
41 prayer
56 magic
75(?) combat

What one should I make into a high level rune pker?

 

For a f2p staker I would probably aim for 60 defense 60 attack and maybe 80 strength? .. and use corrupt armour and weapon
