Paying with either MoneyGram(perfered) or Western Union (or Paypal if you want it).

Looking to transact with 100% trusted sellers only. Would rather buy the entire amount all at once, needs to be 300m+ at least.

Just advice, don't do a 1bil transaction at once... It's not something that alot of people are doing atm, so just to be safe i'd do it in parts.

 

It just depend on who the seller is, someone like R2P I would do all at once.
