I think it's a given that you're after skilling considering the title, but cant help you with vague replies...

 

I mean, I literally wrote that I want Runecrafting levels? I will require more services as time goes on. That will fluctuate depending on what I can be arsed to do myself on the account. My question was more generally about finding someone who is willing to do skilling parsec services not what I want specifically..
