I was banned about half a year ago unfairly with no Proof (PLEASE LOOK)

Hello admin/mod who is reading this. This is a ban appeal for babiijay who was banned unfairly by Skele_Master, for "supposedly" scamming 5 dollars. I'm here to tell you that i was banned unfairly with no evidence whatsoever.

On the original thread with Jennyfer122... I was trying to sell my junk + 5 dollars for a saradomin sword.

During that time i was unable to access my email ([email protected]) nor my runescape account thekid-2 because of being key logged by a previous sythe friend.

Here is proof that i never was aware that this "transaction":



Nowhere does it say Babiijay^^^^^^^


Also (which i don't have a screenshot of) on the original thread i never responded to Jennyfer's offer....... Meaning that i had no acess to my email and that i couldn't do any trade.


So for whoever is reading this please help me be brought to right. I have much to offer to Runescape and to Sythe. I also was a loyal honest member to sythe since November 1st 2008. I might of not had alot of friends but i tried my hardest to better the community and help out as much as possible.

 

No evidence whatsoever? You have just provided evidence of your MSN participating in the transaction. You're arguing that you shouldn't be banned because your Sythe name wasn't mentioned in the MSN conversation? You're responsible for your own MSN, you can't just say it was hacked so you should be unbanned. Also, not responding to an offer on your thread does not mean "that you had no access to your email and couldn't do any trade".
