Saw this guy fishing:

What robes are they?
They're not rc robes.

 

They're investigator clothing. You could temporarily get them during the Elite Clue Scroll release update as an event item.

 

So now their unobtainable? aww.

 

I thought that was some of the ringmaster clothing. Guess Im wrong.
