What's Life Worth Living For?

I seem to have lost the cause and a psychiatrist has been contacted,
only to find out they have no time for me.

Depending what the problem is. Maybe it would be better to see a psychiatrist? Or maybe a Health Worker

Update: Nearly broke up with my GF after 3 years.

 

I'm sure there's things in life you enjoy? Women, sports, video games? The things you enjoy doing are the things worth living for. Also you live for your family. Would you honestly be ok with the grief you would cause them if you suddenly disappear?

 

Lot's of things to live for mate, I'm going through the same thing just trying to look at things in a positive light.

There's nothing left worth mentioning.

Today I;
Sat around the GE watching my offers.
Nearly broke up with my GF after 3 years.
Skipped school as there's no use.
Sat on the local half-pipe playing with my lighter and watching the flame untill it broke.
May have broken my pink after hitting a wall, wich turns out to be harder then expected.

 

Do you care about your girlfriend? Why do you say school is no use?

 

Used to, No idea anymore.
School is there to prepare you for a future job.
How I feel now, I have none.
The jobs I am intrested in will be automatic by the time I would have graduated.

Your future job has to be something you will enjoy doing for the rest of your life. Automated.. what exactly do you want to do?

If you don't care about your girlfriend anymore just let her go and find someone you do care about, and who cares about you. No point being in an unhappy relationship.

 

Relate to life as a video game, your a character and you have skills and quests and achievements as well. Sure it may take some time to gain that car/house/etc but once you do it's a feat worth living for.
For example your skill level in construction is 1. You noob go get a construction job and raise it.

Life is worth living if you have goals is what I am saying. Video games illustrate that to you and you get excitement from that level or that 99. In life you can gain even greater thrills from gaining a certificate, new skills and so many other things.

 

Go for a family, a job, "making it big". A nice dream of mine is living in a nice house, nice family, going on vacations to exotic places, and retiring at a young age.

You need to work for it though, and with the "I don't care about school" mindset there really isn't many things you can do in life to get ahead.

That Psychiatrist sounds like a douche anyways. If the problem persists try looking for another one?

 

1. Stop playing runescape; if your feeling down runescape never helps in my opinion.

2. What's your problems with your girlfriend? Discuss them with her.

3. Don't skip school, although it does suck (I hated school) you need it for your future, it's either knuckle down and be bored for a few years or just skip school and then once your 16-18 you have another 60-80 years of your life doing what you hate.

4. Go out with friends, they will keep you occupied and brighten up your day a bit.
