Skins Series 5

Well tbh seen the first episode my thoughts so far, It's shit. Not as good as series 3&4. What you guys think?

 

Season 1 was the best, without a doubt.

season 4 was sort of unrealistic the lengths they went through to try and get effy, but was still good.

I think season 5 episode 1 was a good episode, the main character is pretty original and i like her. I think this will be one of the best seasons but only time will tell.

 

What kind of beans?

 

Yeah i agree Season 4 was very un-realistic the lengths they went through lol,I just miss the old cast tbh, I guess i gotta give Season 5 a chance, But they always have a geek don't they then they end up turning into the croud ha.

 

Ah... it always seems to be a trend with Skins though - the first episode is always fairly plain and not exactly interesting, but then the drama begins and it picks up. I keep on swaying back and forth on whether or not Frankie is good looking; she looks absolutely beautiful at times, but then like a unusual boy at other points.
Minnie is a horrible actress though, and the two main guys come across as complete meatheads.
I will follow the series definitely, but while I wait for new episodes I'll be watching the second season of Misfits! If you haven't seen that Television Series I'd highly recommend it if you enjoy Skins...

Make sure you're watching the UK series - the American one is horrendously bad JR

but i think she's really pretty but they cant have here too pretty so they portray her manly in lots of scenes

I like her though she's sort of misunderstood... not nerdy

 

Loved skins. Season 3 was the best. I'll be watching this regardless when its out on TV here.

 

I'm going to give the UK series a try. I was going to see the US edition, based on other users comments, I'll refrain from watching it.

 

Watched about 10 minits into the 1st episode, couldn't watch any further, they should of just ended after season 1 its been bad since then :embar:

Season One was pretty good tbf, But my fav cast has to be freddie cook etc, So 4 for me was the best, Yeah i agree this new season is pretty shit tbf.

 

i loved series 4, series 5 seems so boring and trys too hard in my opinion D;
they better say what happened to cook though

 

1-3 series were good imo.

 

I have only seen the first season, simply havent gotten around to the rest.

 

I actually enjoy the american skins. Although the original better.
