Is there a way to contact jagex?

I got banned on YouTube like 1 year ago, and I just noticed that I can get my account unsuspended if I fix one penalization, so I want to contact Jagex but dont seem to find a "support" mail or something like that. Could someone help me with this?

 

Go on their corporate website, claim your a parent, and ask them.

 

You could try messaging them on their Youtube channel.

 

look up their corporation number, that might be best or youtube.

 

Write to their parents, they will answer. I think it is: [email protected] I'm NOT sure.

 

I dont this a message in youtube will work, they probably get spammed by noobs or trolls. But I'll try [email protected]

Hello Jagex. My son, a long time ago, told me that his Youtube account was banned, because Jagex claimed 3 of his videos. I'm emailing you 2 years later because I didn't knew I could make an "appeal" on Youtube to get an account unsuspended. So I was wondering if you could lift just one of those claims. He tells me that his youtube experience isn't the same without an account, as he can't rate videos, comment, and share them. You guys claimed the following videos:

Penalization 1:

Now. I know its been long time, but I hope something can be done about this.
I personally think the penalization #1 and #3 are justified, as use of private servers and "cheats" from Cheat engine were used.
But, I don't see anything wrong with number 2. I don't know if you might remember, but around mid February there was a "trend" to Rick Roll.
You know, that music video where Rick Astley sings. The video just contained a few images about Runescape, and some of my son's goals on it.
The rest of the video was "Rick Roll". I don't see how this might have violated any of Jagex's copyright. My son was only 12 when he uploaded those videos,
and he did not see a suspend coming. I think its been enough punishment, I mean, its been one year and a half. If you get this account unsuspended, I will teach him on how not to violate any other copyright, and to let me review his videos before he uploads one. My son just needs one of these claims to be resolved so he can get back to Youtube. I'm sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused. The account name of my son was (censored). Please answer me back as soon as possible. Thank you.

Doesn't look like a parent wrote it, but I think it's still worth a shot.

 

I think your email is probably your best shot at getting your account back, but you'll need to clean up some of the grammatical errors, make it look more professional.

Just use the appeal thing in the offense history. Or wait till it expires.
