    need to lose alot of weight

    Ok so i'm currently 190 and like 5'5 (yes i know im really big) I need to drop like 40 pounds by next august and i also want to gain muscle. I know I can drop this much because i managed to drop 40 pounds last summer and really want to eat healthier. So what can I do to lose weight and gain muscle?

    what your going to want to learn is something called the FITT prinipal frequency intensity time type.
    you will have to do a lot of cardio and weight lifting to raise your BMR/RMR

    yeah I condition around 2 hoursa day for wrestling.but wrestling is ending soon and i guess ill have to think of something

    A healthy diet is extremley important

    i can eat anything and i never gain weight because i have an extremley fast metabolism

    its not that complicated.

    If you feel to lose weight fast there's an unhealthy option

    adkins diet, eating ONLY protein and drinking only water. You'll lose weight extremley fast. be able to eat as much as you like but you cant eat ANY carbs, fruits, veges. etc

    and the proteins will help turn your fat to muscle.

    if thats not for you then regular gym, healthy eating should sort things out.

    ASLONG as you go regularly.

    The key will be counting your calories. Don't do anything drastic like starve yourself and lose the weight too much.. you don't want to have saggy loose skin :p
