    Oh, haha. I thought that was just some object in the background.

    Looks like it's just a graphical glitch with his armour, nothing to do with sw.

    it probably has to do with the necklace, helm combined with the sw cape.

    yea that glitch is old u need sw cape and a longhair hairstyle or something its still not patched yet
