    You can spend up to $1.40 per mil to get 350mil for around $250.
    Don's spend any more than that per mil cause other people will sell for less. Just make sure they are legit too.

    How can you spend 1.40 to get 350M with 250?

    350M * 1.4 = 490 USD.
