Jagex Are Retards

So I quit the game for about 1 month and decided to log in again since free trade is coming back and guess what? My account is locked. I had to virus on my computer, nobody knew my password, I didn't use my account from different ip's or anything. They just decide to lock my account. So i sent an appeal with my e-mail address, and all the information I could remember. Does it have a good chance of being appealed?

 

If you're the orinal owner, and no one else has gone on it changed information, etc., you'll definitely get the account back.

 

Jagex wouldn't lock your account for no reason, someone is trying to gain access to your account... Jagex doubts your the original owner or something along those lines.

Stop raging.

 

Nobody changed the recovery questions, although I am worrying that I might have answered some wrong.

Plus I think I figured out the cause. My internet recently got changed and we went at&t and that might have caused Fagex to think it got hacked.

 

if ur IP is the same from the creatioon IP, its a definite yes

 

Accounts don't get locked for no reason... Atleast they shouldn't.
My best guess is someone tried to muck around and recover your account, and it ended up being locked.

 

Someone must have tried to recover your account too much and it got locked.

 

Alright, well if the account gets denied I'm quitting leaving Jagex to be fags forever. I spent 5 years working on that account. I didn't bot once. If It gets denied you will have no idea how pissed I would be.

 

Having no access to my Runescape account would do me good. I could get some fresh air once in a while, you know? But seriously, don't worry, you'll get it back as long as you have all of the correct information.

They are trying to protect your account.
If you're the OO, you'll have no prob getting it back.

 

Pretty much if you can recover your account you can unlock it 99% of the time. Don't worry about it.

 

as long as you have the correct information and it's your original account, it shouldnt be a problem

 

Just stop worrying about it, you're just making the wait worse for yourself.

Belive it or not, but the customer, is Jagex's #1 priority... You will get your account back.
