Ok so this is the situation your in the same room with hitler but he was a baby and hadn't done anything yet, would you kill him? I personally wouldn't because you never know how the holocaust not happening could effect your future.

Hitler was a horrible, horrible man, but I agree with the OP, this would most likely become a huge butterfly effect. What if something WORSE happened because Hitler didn't take power? Russia had no threat, attacked the U.S.? Who knows, but I wouldn't do it just for that sake.

 

probably not. genocides and other things that kill a large percentage of the world population are necessary. without them, the world would be way too overpopulated and would be in complete chaos. that is of course assuming the world hadnt ended already due to problems caused by overpopulation...

 

I would not kill him, as you do not know what altering history could do to our current world. Of course, this applies to any time travel related things.

If hitler was a baby, you knew what he was going to do? Of course i'd kill him. This is unbelievably stupid tbh.

 

Thats a question of philosophy and how our experiences change who we are as we grow up in life OR if our paths are set before us.

i said things like that are necessary, not just that alone. We need genocides, cancer, etc. If these things did not exist, its safe to say the earth would be significantly more effed.

 

I would not kill him, seeing as he was basically the pioneer of genetic science. Seeing as his work is what led to the complete mapping of the human genome, which in turn helps us understand and treat many genetic diseases.

 

We don't need genocides. The people that have died from wars and genocides is insignificant to the people who die from other causes. Were not running out of land.
