Rikku recovered account and gave me wrong details.

When I asked him about giving me the real recoveries he was reluctant to give them to me which pretty much means he wants to use the real recoveries for himself to reclaim the account. Why else would the owner of the account withhold info from the buyer??

All the details he gave me was all false as you can see my failed attempt here



How do I know he recovered the account?
1. He is the original owner
2. He is from the Netherlands (GMT +1). He states he is from GMT +1 here:



He changed his recoveries to Dutch language (of Netherlands)





I did try to reclaim my cash back from paypal but with no avail.

Please exact justice on this scammer. Chances are I will never get the account or my money back. I just want no one else to get scammed like I did. Thanks.
