To suicide or not to suicide?

So i'm really close to 94 mage on my pure, but I can't be assed to do it legit, If I suicide it i can be 94 by saturday and have time to finish up quests, etc. before the update. But my only worry is the talk of this mass ban that's supposedly going to happen. Is this confirmed or anything or is it just all hype?

 

I think its all just hype. They don't ban anymore, they reset.

But suiciding is still not smart. Take it easy and slow.

 

A mass ban for jagex is 5000-10000 people. Considering 100k+ bot, you should be safe even if there is a mass ban. Those 5-10k who do get banned are mostly the 24/7 ess botters anyway.

You should be safe. lol

 

It's not worth it ... Weight the risks.

WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN

Not Botting: The update comes out and you don't have a few quests done.

Botting: Your account gets banned or rolled back and now you can't enjoy the new update.

After feb 1st the wild will be out forever .. until JaGeX decides to be dicks again. Better to be a bit unprepared for the update then to miss it completely.

yea no reason to rush it just so you can be 94 mage the day of the update, as others have said it will be around forever, the last thing you need to do is get a wild hair and suicide your now-safe account in a rush and end up with ALOT more work building your stats back up from 10.
