No, most if not all the accounts are upgraded. I haven't sent out PMs. I'll probably change my ToS just because it takes so long to send them all out -- however, I will always keep the data.

Bought 3 upgrades, he upgraded 2 accounts because I had wrong info on one account (which I found out after and told him about).
I sent the right details quite a long time ago and I still haven't recieved a upgrade on the account.

Excuse me sir, but I bought a pin from you and still haven't received it. I am giving you 6 more hours to apply my pin, or I will file an unauthorized transaction claim against you. Also, I will call my credit card company and file fraud. I will have you legally prosecuted. I have top-of-the-line lawyers, and you will not win in a court of law. I had to work 30 minutes at Mc Donalds in extreme heat to earn enough for a pin, and now you haven't even put any effort to give me what I paid for. This will not be tolerated in sir.
